This address was the home of James Harrison (b. 1849), Henry Harold Harrison Sr.’s great uncle, and Annie Strathearn in 1878 when Roland Ormandy Harrison was born.
Charles Street was then and is now a short street in the northern part of Wigan town centre running east-west from Earl Street to Standishgate.
