    Alice Whitfield was buried at plot D144 according to the cemetery index at Wigan World. This was the first and only reference we have found for Alice. Because she died at 35 Pool Street, which was the home of Francis and Ellen Talbot at the time of the 1881 Census, we can infer that Alice was probably born there also.
