Research Notes

This John Ball is probably the son of Henry and Betty Ball in view of his name and the fact that he is from Standish. Their son John would have been 21 years old at this time. Henry and Betty Ball baptized their children at All Saints. It is not known at this time whether Margaret Harrison was related to Joseph Harrison, although this would certainly help explain how Joseph ended up apprenticed to Daniel Ball (John’s brother).
