321 Hibernia Street (aka Rue d'Hibernia)
Pointe-Sainte-Charles
Montreal, Quebec

Joseph Woods and Jemima Harrison (b.1865) lived and owned a candy store at 321 Hibernia Street in Pointe-Saint-Charles from about 1918. Their son Roland joined them there in 1920. When Joseph died circa 1920 Jemima and Roland continued to live and sell candy at that address. In 1921 Roland married Mildred Arkwell Hart and they continued to live with Jemima at 321 Hibernia Street until 1924 or 1925 when they moved around the corner to a nearyby house on Rozel Street. In 1927 Jemima moved to an apartment on Sherbrooke Street.

Footnotes

Circa 1930 the houses on Hibernia Street were renumbered. The house at 321 Hibernia Street was probably re-numbered as 830. Most of the buildings located today in that part of Hibernia Street appear to have been rebuilt since the 1920s.
